The company was formed by Norm DeHart, an experienced Commercial Broker, who has assisted corporations with office and industrial facility transactions since 1994.   Norm wanted to create a company that would merge his extensive corporate management experiences and commercial brokerage skills to produce maximum value for the firm's clients.

Our fees to be paid by the landlord or property seller*.  You typically pay nothing to have an
     experienced advocate guiding you through the complexities of leasing and purchase transactions.
