Wendy Weiss

BROKER ASSOCIATE

Wendy joined the firm after five years in commercial insurance brokerage.  She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to commercial realty Tenant and Buyer representation, combining her interest in one-on-one work with clients with a strong background in the areas of law and contracts, and advocacy. 

Working on behalf of clients with the intricacies of tenant representation requires strong aptitude, great teamwork and flexibility.  “My role is to help assure timely completion of project objectives, maintain the quality of our work on behalf of clients, and assist with creative solutions to the inevitable challenges that arise in commercial real estate projects."

Wendy is a trained paralegal with a background in sales, market research analysis, advocacy and grant writing for nonprofits.  She previously worked in business development at Marsh & McLennan, a Fortune 500 commercial insurance firm, where she assisted client retention and prospect development, helped create and administer the Denver office’s public relations program and educational seminar series.  She attended Vanderbilt University, spent a semester abroad in Spain, and graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Spanish Literature.
