Last year, after using numerous other real estate brokers, Boulder Corporation was lucky enough to find MacLaurin Stewart*LLC to help us with either a purchase or lease for a new, larger business space.

For Boulder Corporation, moving from a little less than 4000 square feet to about 10,000 was a big move.  For any real estate broker, it was a fairly small transaction.  Norm DeHart, our broker, never let us feel that we were anything less than his most important client.  (We suspect that he does a good job of this with all his clients.)

As an ex-Colorado real estate broker of many years past, I know what is involved in the whole process of bringing these transactions to fruition.  Norm was the ultimate professional.  He understood our business needs and abilities.  He was so patient with our year-long search.  We looked at every building that was available and made offers on numerous locations.  Norm was very understanding of our declination of counters.  It never stopped him from doing the same amount of hard work on each ensuing offer and negotiation.  Norm did financial comparisons of every aspect of each property that we considered.  His ability to present the whole picture was instrumental in our not falling prey to transactions that we may have regretted in the future.  When we finally found the right place, Norm was totally instrumental in closing the deal.  With less than a month to close our current lease and complete design and build out, his contacts for legal and architectural were top notch and within our price range.

We are extremely pleased with our new location and landlords and more importantly with Norm DeHart (and his firm).  You will find no better team in the real estate industry.  We shall use them for our next move.
