As a small family owned group, we received the same level of service that would be expected by a large, repeat client.  You were incredibly responsive to our ever-changing needs.

We were inexperienced as developers and had to rely heavily on (you) to negotiate our land purchase contract, several contract extensions as well as coordinate the review of the extensive due diligence materials.  As first time developers, we also absolutely needed your assistance with interviewing and selecting architects and general contractors.  Your reputation and professional approach gave us access to top-notch architects, general contractors and legal representation.

In the final stages of the project, you assisted us in communicating our vision to potential partners and equity investors.  You helped us negotiate the assignment of our land contract and preliminary development work to an outside investment group on favorable terms.  Once we had reached agreement with this group, your firm had the task of coordinating the transfer of materials between the battery of attorneys and other related parties.  Many issues arose during this period that required a great deal of expertise, finesse, patience and organization to manage.  After closing, this veteran group in the athletic club business performed their own intensive reviews.  They chose to continue with the architect and general contractors that we had selected, which confirmed the exceptional guidance we had received from (you).

Our project grew in scope, complexity and risk continually over its two-year course.  There were many times where it would have been more than appropriate for you to walk away and dedicate your time and efforts to less risky ventures.  However, you chose to keep working on our project and your firm's perseverance was crucial to our ultimate success.
