With the final touches being put on the Brighton Learning & Resource Campus, I wanted to thank you for your contribution in helping bring this project to fruition.  It truly is a model adaptive re-use project and the realization of the City of Brighton's Urban Renewal Authority long-held vision to create a Life Long Learning Center in Brighton.

You faced some significant challenges - jumping in once the city had gained some momentum on the project, helping us blend the needs of both the city and your client, Community Reach Center, structuring a complex lease to purchase agreement and a multitude of sublease agreements, as well as acting as the Project Consultant and Construction Manager.

Although your official role was to represent the interests of Community Reach Center in the purchase and renovation ofthe building, your work, particularly in identifying and resolving the environmental issue during the purchase due diligence process, protected the city's interests as well.  We appreciated the way you organized the RFP and selection process for the project Architect and General Contractor. Your diligence overseeing the construction schedule and costs, responsiveness and creative problem solving, and your dedication io the arduous task of allocating construction costs to a multitude of parties was also a great help to us.

While certainly a complex project from beginning to end - with a very tight one-year timeline - it is ultimately the strong collaboration ofthe many parties involved that made this important project come to life.  Thank you for the skill and diligence you demonstrated in your variety of roles, not only on behalf of your client, but for the interests of all of us involved.

I truly valued your professional brokerage and construction management contributions to this project.  I am confident others would experience the same professionalism.  I would look forward to any opportunity to work together again in the future.
