We are so pleased with the results of the build-out for Front Range Community College at the Brighton Learning & Resource Center that I wanted to take a moment to thank you.  It was quite the feat, given the very quick timeline to bring this facility together.
 
In your many roles representing the building’s buyer and as the project construction manager, you also took very good care of our needs as a tenant – hearing our concerns and finding the most workable, cost-effective solutions.  It was not always easy, especially since you entered into negotiations with us after we had been speaking with the Brighton Urban Renewal Authority for more than two years.  We appreciated your leadership in creating a winning solution all around for Front Range, BURA, Community Reach and the citizens of Brighton. 
 
Our facility in the Brighton Learning & Resource Center has exceeded our expectations.  I commend your ability to work so effectively under pressure managing the demands of our group, as well as the many other diverse entities that make up this project.  The whole facility is more than I think anyone could have expected, thanks to the remarkable communication and cooperation of all of the parties involved.
