Jonathan Schneider joined Guidance Corporate Realty Advisors with over 10 years of experience in real estate in the areas of project management, consulting and brokerage.  He has a proven ability to successfully drive projects to achieve business objectives, meet established deadlines and reduce project costs. 

As project manager for Jonathan Rose Companies, a pioneering sustainable development/planning/tenant-representative firm, Jonathan managed dozens of projects with construction costs of greater than $23 million.  Several of these projects, including Highlands Garden Village at the old Elitch Gardens site in northwest Denver, received national recognition and awards from the EPA and others for sustainability and smart growth.

Jonathan’s extensive experience analyzing and negotiating deals from the landlord’s perspective provides him with keen insight to meet the challenges presented to commercial tenants.  On the real estate development side, he blends hands-on technical experience with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to develop valuable working relationships and strong teams.

Additionally, Jonathan has worked extensively with medical and dental offices, helping numerous practices make cost-effective leasing decisions that not only achieve their tenant finish objectives, but help the organizations reach their business goals.  His background in the sciences helps him better understand the unique requirements of these professions.
