BOULDER OFFICES - SPACE STATISTICS
The City of Boulder includes 8.5 million square feet of Class A and Class B office space in 389 buildings.  Zoning regulations restrict the height of buildings; much of the area's office space is located in buildings of two to five stories with smaller floorplates than what is found in downtown Denver.  Boulder office buildings tend to be clustered in developments throughout the city, including the very popoular downtown area near shops and restaurants, and the flex-type properties to the east in Flatiron Park.  Companies draw talent from a sophisticated and highly educated workforce in the area.

TRANSPORTATION
Boulder is serviced by the Regional Transportation District (RTD) with a number of local and regional buses running seven days a week, including service to Denver International Airport, Denver and surrounding areas. AREA FEATURES
