DTC OFFICE SPACE STATISTICS
Denver Tech Center office space caters well to large and medium-scale users.  Smaller users can also find a wide range of functional to sophisticated DTC office space.  It is a more typical suburban office environment with 10.8 million square feet of Class A and Class B office space in 91 buildings.  The master plan contains several times more than the current square footage of development.

TRANSPORTATION
DTC is serviced by the Regional Transportation District (RTD) which provides regional and local public transportation with several bus shelters and stops throughout the area. During the week there are currently 375 regular and express bus routes, which are increasing on a regular basis. The area is also served by the light rail line.

The area boasts an internal public transportation system which runs every 5 minutes peak and 15 minutes off peak.
