The Guidance Approach
Guidance was founded by Norm DeHart, an experienced commercial broker who has assisted corporations with office and industrial facility transactions since 1994. Norm created a company that merges his extensive corporate management experiences and commercial brokerage skills to produce maximum value for our clients.
With offices in Denver and Boulder, we have fine-tuned a specialized set of skills and services to serve mid-sized and large companies with corporate real estate needs in the Front Range and throughout Colorado.
